The Project.

The Blessing Bag Project™ is a faith-based project that provides tote bags full of bountiful blessings for the homeless in Atlanta, Georgia. The bags gifted include non-perishable food, assorted clothing, a Bible and a motivational message. The projects' founder has hopes to receive the license for the project to legally become a 501c3 foundation, in the next year. As of 2017, the projects' founder has proudly partnered to make a bigger impact. Also the youth leaders of Diamond In The Rough Youth Development Program have adopted parts of the project as well as other corporations featured on the Special Thanks tab. The project also has hopes of expanding the list of supporters to assist in the expansion of the Blessing Bag project.

Our Founder. (Atlanta)

In 2016, Jadyn Steele, at the time 14, had an idea to help the homeless in her community. Jadyn became passionate about assisting homeless in 2014, while riding with her Mom in suburban Atlanta, she saw a homeless family. Sadly, she had none to give but she instead made it her goal in the future to change the large problem of homelessness in her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia and eventually the world.

In 2016 she launched The Blessing Bag Project™ (Atlanta), delivering her first Blessing Bags throughout Atlanta, Georgia. The Youth Leaders of Diamond In the Rough offered support to Jadyn in 2017, helping to solicit additional support and create more bags which were delivered in the spring of 2017.
